As you can see bellow in my previous job history, when I came back from UAE I join them again as per the request of the HR and Mutual understanding.
Same operations I am doing what was before.

As I mentioned I worked in the same company with the long time period.

I rejoin them again in Oct-2017 and due to some personal reasons I came back to my home country in May 2019 and now looking forward some better opportunity to restart my carrier in Pakistan.

I joint this company as a visualizer and head of design section.

It was a Packaging Industry where I was managing all of their creative needs. With the beginning of the concept till the amendments to finalize the design.

With this short time of this period I had done many of their successful projects which has been supping in the market and had marked with the good feedback.

- Collaborate and coordinate with clients to develop unique and effective communication of their company services and product messages.

- Leading the creative aspects of a project and have demonstrated strong business acumen.

- Translate clients needs and ideas into a professional, appealing and personal graphical representation based on provided information, graphics and vision for the project.

- Used various computer programs to generate final projects for client’s approval.

- Modifying, revising and editing projects as required by the client.

- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.

My role was here to work as a Designer plus helping hand with the Sr. Administrator and my responsibilities was as under:

• Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development, individual piece designs, etc.

• With the project manager, provide price quotes to meet client budgets while maintaining pricing guidelines.

• Attend meetings as assigned.

• Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.

• Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion.

• Attend press checks as needed.

• Maintain quality check on all design projects.

• I was responsible to deliver the communication package within the agreed upon budget and timeline.

• Process and approve vendor invoices.

I was have many responsibilities such as bellow:

• Design and produce marketing communications (print and digital) pieces for a wide variety of clients.

• Collaborate with creative team, internal account teams and clients to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels.

• With the project manager, is responsible for creating accurate costings and delivering programs within budgets.

• Stay current on industry trends.

• Mentor other designers (staff, freelance, interns, etc.).

I did designs new or executes revisions to existing labeling and printed packaging components for pharmaceutical, biological, and vaccine drug products, and medical devices manufactured and/or distributed by client.

I coordinate with the project manager to execute the packaging work as per the comparative market demand.

Artwork composition is carried out in compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures, Divisional Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, as well as in compliance with regulatory requirements mandated by the Food and Drug Administration.

I Operated Macintosh Operating System and some time Windows PC and the Adobe Creative Suite graphic arts applications to produce fully-composed, print-ready, artwork.

I carry out assignments under minimal supervision and completed all work on a First In-First Out (FIFO) basis.

I was working there alone as a designer and I do the most of their graphic work as bellow:
• Create designs and layouts for specific printed projects
• Execute revisions as necessary
• Prepare and create style guides
• Create mock-ups and presentation comps as needed
• Attend creative concept meetings and presentations
• Team player with other staff including constructive critiques, input and job completion

As a Junior Graphic Designer I was have work to create lay out pages, draw logos, redraw logos, rework text and basic duties that help them get to know the ins and outs of graphic design and often work on multiple aspects of one project but will take on only one or two tasks at a time.
